For those of you with tendon problems
The best and only cure for you is rest rest rest! I know its hard to hear but if you ever want to get better you have to rest the tendon or its only going to get worse...its like picking at a scab and expecting it to heal. A tendon can only stretch about 6% and once weakend your at risk to do serious damage!
The good news is you can still work out but you are limited in what you can do and you must use tempo while lifting!
4-8 weeks of rest and stretching will do wonders! If the pain is still very bad then you should talk to your doctor.
