Rotator cuff injury plz quick response
Hey guys to me this is kind of weird as it happend when i had to lay on my side on concrete to fix a waterheater from the bottom.
I felt this pain in my shoulder and later into the day it was hurting bad and i couldnt move my arm as much. 80% is how much i could not move in any direction without feeling pain. I started resting it and nursing it with hot baths/stretches/anti inflammitories and 2 days have passed and now i can move my arm around alot only feeling sharp pains here and there.
Example: if i lift my arm to the front or side while putting resistance on it with my other arm pushing it down a little i feel the pain and give it a 7/10 for pain tho if i put resistance pushing with my other arm up i dont feel no pain.
No resistance at all i feel pain sometimes with pain being 2/10
Now since i laid on my shoulder im guessing you all think im a FAT TUB OF SH*% lol its my offseason and now im weighing 272lbs and i do have a comp next year which i was hoping i would get ready for soon but i really cant afford to let it get in the way plz help
Please help with this diagnosis. People told me it cant be a tear or you would be in big agony and i also have a Ultrasound happening in 2 days but anyone with the same symptoms please let me know what your problem was
thanks

Next time get ice on it ASAP. Dont use head for at least 3 days or it will increase inflammation even though it feels good. Sounds like you tweaked the tendon but if you did not do anything to tear it you should be fine in a few days.

I like this exercise best and it's helped me the most so far.
