    rotator cuff injury

OK fellas I need some answers on this one. I was doing back exercises last week and since then have had some pain while rotating my arms and flexing back. Now I have read it could be torn but it doesn't bother me all the time. Its about half the time I flex around it has a sharp pain. I'm afraid to make it worse by working out .should I start to do some stretching exercises or lay off the exercises. ?

If it was injured you would probably know it. Listen to your body.....its smarter than you. lay off that particular activity or exercise for a couple weeks and then you can self diagnosis better. shoulder injuries are no joke, specially when its the back of the shoulder.

keep it moving with very very light weights take lots of fish oil and get a physio to look at it. i had the same issues and the fish oil really helped.
