    Shoulders poppin

    Everytime I bench or dumbbells my shoulders pop and joints are hurting

    Lay off it completely and see if it gets better after a few weeks. Use ice on it also daily, 20 min on, 20 min off repeat 3x in a row 2-3x a day.

    If it doesnt get better in a couple of weeks go to the doctor and get an MRI.

    What is the pain like? Does it travel down the arm to the elbow?

    I have a post on mine a few down. I have surgery in 8 days. It's been a problem for almost a year now.

    It doesnt hurt that much they jus start clickin and after a while they hurt a lil but I been taking letro in small does for gyno idk if thats whats makin all my bones popin
