Muscle twich
I have always, now and again had muscle twitching, eye twiching being one of my favorites. My left pectoral has been twitching for 8hrs straight?? they usually last 1-15 min......should I be concerned?

If and when it starts to twitch, try not to focus on it. If it bothers you that much, drop down and do a few push ups to get some blood flowing. A nice little pump should tighten up the muscle and change the tension one the nerves and tendons which would stop a twitch.
If it were my pecs twitching, I'd throw on some shades and a tank top and smile for the ladies

Muscle twitching is usually a sign of low potassium and a banana should help pretty quickly or anything else high in potassium.

It started after I took my nightly muscle relaxers......I usual y love it and think its kinda neat, but this just became plain annoying. I did some push ups, ate a bannana, if that doesn't work I will go outside and scream at the top of my lungs...lol I like to keep the neighbors guessing. At my old complex I would walk outside with my 8lb sledge hammer and wack the piss out of industrial size metal garbage container about 20x( normal behavior not on AS),....lol
