Having Muscle Cramps All Over My Body
Hey guys. I am new to the boards and have gotten alot of helpful advice. Here recently over the past month or so, I have been getting a ton of muscle cramps. When I stretch, run, swim, play softball or anything active, I cramp up. This week while I was playing softball, I sprinted to the outfield and once I got there, The whole right side of my body cramped from shoulder to toe. My water intake has been good, as far as I know. Drinking about a gallon a day. I am also taking the GNC VitaPak Strength, whick does contain creatine. Any advice would be great and if more information is needed, I will gladly answer. Thanks alot!

Increase your water intake.
1 gallon a day is not a lot. Creatine can cause an increase in cramps

You should drink at least half your body weight in oz every day. For every 8 oz of caffeine you need 16 more oz of water...
Get the book called, the bodies many cries for water. It is eye opening

I know this might be a tad different but I've used clem a few times in the past and cramps became a normal thing until someone told me to use taurine..
I took a couple 500mg tablets a day and the cramps went away almost instantly hope this helps

Taurine is great for cramps. I use it often when on compounds such as clen .
IN the OP's case its obvious his water intake is too low, this is why I suggested that before adding anything else in

As others have said:
- increase H2O intake
- take taurine
- increase potassium, sodium, & magnesium. Low sodium is a common problem because athletes often reduce dietary sodium for health reasons but sweating increases sodium loss.

Masturbate frequently, and try to relax.

Thanks guys. I have since upped my water intake to 1.5 gallons at least. I try to be drinking cold water all day long, so I could get even more without realizing it. I have cut down on caffine, which is hard. Really the only caffine I am getting is 1 glass of sweet tea a day(WONT GIVE THAT ONE UP), and my preworkout. No more coffees, cokes, or any carbonation at all. Once again, very hard for me. I got some potassium pills and have been taking 1 a day and 2 bananas a day. In tonights game, I never did cramp. I drank 4 16 oz bottles of water over the hour and a half I was out there. If you guys say to take Taurine, Ill take Taurine. I am honestly at your guys disposal right now. I have followed all the advice given and I am now in better shape that I have ever been. It is so addictive! I would rather be aesthetically appealling to other(and myself) than eating crap and drinking cokes. I love this lifestyle! It is almost as a religion. Ive gained 30 Pounds since beginning reading you guys and it is lean mass. Sure, it might not be all muscle, but seeing the results after every workout and people coming up to me and asking question about training, is so amazing. I had 2 guys tonight at the ball game ask me to get them on a good workout routine. I told them I am learning as I go and could be a risk if they did the same things I do. I could go on all night. Thanks so much guys and I cant wait to see the results of this cutt I am going through.
