Arm injury from pitching, keeps getting worse but dont know what it is.
Pitched a lot when i was younger. 28 now. Been playing on and off for a few years now but after throwing for a bit i start getting excrutiating pain in my arm. It feels like its deep in the bicep / elbow area. The pain gradually builds with throwing until i cant throw anymore. Any thoughts what it could be?
