Wide Reciever needing workouts for my knee
I'm a 6'2 225 lb reciever looking for some help. I played at a high school (graduated 2012) in pittsburgh and was getting some D1 looks before having a clean ACL tear to my right knee. I ended up taking this current year off to train and get my knee healthy. I plan on going to a juco/prep school to transfer out of after hopefully a year. As I stated I am 6'2 225lbs mostly muscle some fat, I run a 4.5 40/11.2 100. In pretty good shape currently. Max bench going into senior season 315. I just need some help getting the best workouts/drills possible for my knee to get it 100%. If more information needed I can give it as this is my first post on here. At least 8 or more months since surgery probably closer to 9-10.
Jr year stats: First catch not til week 5 (first time targeted) 14 rec/415 yds. Avg. 29.64 yds/catch. Long 60. Td's 6.
Sr year (6 quarters of play) 7 rec/161yds. Avg. 23.00. Long 44. Td's 5.

I too have knee problems. Do low impact exercises, such as biking, elliptical, or swimming, to strengthen the muscles and ligaments of the knee. Stronger muscles around the knee will prevent reinjury.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
