large, tight rhomboids
how to get them loose? my rhomboids are so large and tight that I have trouble getting my shoulders back into a proper power position when doing cleans. My shoulder blades are kind of tilting forward constantly, like hunching or slouching. It really limits my mobility for anything athletic. I've been doing a foam roller to stretch them out and also should mobility exercises. What else could I possibly do? any ideas or tricks to decrease tightness and increase mobility?
