    Pain in lat.

I went away for 3 weeks with the national guard in October. Slept on my kot as usual the first night and woke up with a stabbing painmy right lat. Figured I slept wrong so I tried stretching it out and that did not work. Here I am almost a month later and it is still there and the only thing that relieves the pain is around 800mg of ibuprofen. I try not to take it everyday cause I do not want the stomache issues that come from using it too much. Now on a side note, if I am exsessively busy at work I will not feel it at all and I know it is because I am not thinking about it. It is really becoming annoying now. Any help would be appreciated.

Ice/heat. Try some contrast therapy and deep tissue massage. Get Mrs. Tigershark busy.

Really though as uncomfortable as Ice can be use it like you know you should. 15 - 20 min on then do the same with heat and repeat 3x and do it at least 2x a day of possible.
