    Hey Buds...

At the top of my forearms, there is a long muscle that stretchrs from the top of the wrist to the top of the elbow.

I dont knpw what its called, but mine are very tight.

Other than stretching, what else can be done to losen up the top part of the forearm?

    thanks...

Other than stretching, possibly fascia rolling. Get a tennis ball or something, put it up against a wall and drive the tight areas into it. The spots that hurt the most need the most attention.
