how long does it take for injury to go

ive had this injury in my neck which has keept me outa training for quite a few months now ,ive started training again but theres still pain in the neck ,not 2 bad tho so im wondering how long it takes for this pain to go away or if it ever will, #

i would like to hear from any1 out there who has had an injury but kept training away with pain an not done any rael damage
