    Cramping and soreness post cycle

    So I’m 29, 2 years ago I took a 2 month cycle... not a gnarly one..
2CCs every Monday and Thursday. Test cyp.
For 2 months... like an idiot I quit cold turkey.. and had horrific cramping and soreness over nothing. Just getting out of bed I felt like a 90 year old man.
That passed after a month or so. Then I tried starting a workout routine with just protein. I’m forever weary of juice now.
But I can’t even get through half a workout due to the cramps coming back and an intense “pump” feeling even though I haven’t really done anything...

Any suggestions on what I should do?

yes. I have the answer for you.

research and understand whatcis happening in your body when you introduce 800 mg of exogenous hormones a week.

also learn what aromatase inhibitors do, and what serms do.

stop expecting spoon fed advice. cuzz I'm sure the cycle you ran was fed to you in the same fashion you're seeking answers now.

what if one of us told you exactly what we think you should do. and its exactly 100% incorrect, yet you blindly follow it because you trust a screen name

Go get blood work and see how it looks. Check out discountedlabs or privatemdlabs. Both have post cycle lab packages. Cheap and no script needed.
