Your upper body DOES look good. Just keep workin hard and get the calories your body needs otherwise all the gear in the world will not make you grow. Ya gott have the fuel.

Growing naturally to only 165 lbs is not really anything to be proud of. Especially when you don't train legs because "you hate them" or "they weren't growing." And that "you can't eat like that off cycle". Try some B12.
Those are what we call EXCUSES. They are the reasons that someone like you isn't ready for steroids. And don't think i'm preaching, I'm all natural at 188 lbs and 8%. And i train my legs.

New Pics Next Week.
Very true, too many young guys starting the juice that don't realize that they can achieve a lot natrually but they always see roids as a short cut, most of them say "well I can't gain muscle, lose fat blah blah" and they don't realize that diet and proper training are keys to success.Quote:

Just cuz your that happend to you from your ignorance on training and diet you lost your gains.....doesnt necessarily mean it will happen to me. My diet and excercise programe is going awesome. My mentallity toward diet, training has definitely changed from the start of this thread. Pics coming soon, yo uwill see the gains. peacout.Quote:

XxElitexX, you look familiar, you from GA?
Dont make me laugh...I'm so much more in the game brother then you....I've been lifting for a long time....you have know clue in the game on steriods and once you do them and get off and do you PCT right...which I did...you'll see...dont be a dick about it until you know! PEACEOUT! :wg:
P.S. Train legs and be a man!!
I guess what ticked me off of what you said was my ignorance....Thats something I'm not...I train harder then anyone in my gym...people just look at me like what the **** is he doing!! My diet is on. Swolecat has helped me with that. SO  ...If you wanna talk like a man and need help...PM me...lets not turn this in to a pissing match! L8R
Narkissos speaks the truth. I wouldn't even think of touching a cycle @ 165lbs. If you've been training for 5 years then either your diet isn't right (or only has been for a short period of time) and/or you're doing exercises incorrectly. I have 20lbs on you and wouldn't consider doing a cycle until im in the 200-220 range.Quote:

yoru pic doesnt look like you have 20ibs on me. you look about a buck 45. pretty lean tho. and yes i have been training to 5 years and started at 115 foo....i was 14 yrs old.
Was that directed at dude-man? If so there is no way he looks a buck 45.

I'm surprised you're calling me out. It's also interesting that you're doing it based on an avatar pic, given it's size and poor lighting. not to mention the fact that you're doing it not in a thread with my pictures, but in a thread where I was trying to talk a teenager out of using steroids when his diet and traininer were the missing element. I'll get you some better pics when i get back up to school on monday. I guess it's time to post my pre-first cycle pics anway.

Maybe not a good decision at his age, nevertheless he has already started his cycle. Instead of everyone giving him s*it for it we should at least make sure he is doing it correctly and give him advice for the future. Whats done is done.Quote:

IMO u shoulda waited on the AAS, but u didnt, so run ur cycle right, run ur PCT right, and get ur shlt in check..you'll be 200 easy..
good luck bro :lift:
I'd have to agree with the others about the size and age comments, but other than that, I'd say train with more compound movements if you're looking to put the weight on. As far as your diet goes, you really need to focus on making eating a hobby and just focus on getting some good calories in you from slow burning carbs, good fats and of course protein.
yeah i am sticking to my core movements...the goal for this cycle was 15-18 all lean ibs...with 2 weeks left i am at a 14ib gain with no water. like i said i will post a complete update with new pics in a few weeks.
I'm 3 inches taller than you, but yes I have 20lbs on you. If you saw me in person you wouldn't think I was 145lbs, anyways good luck with the cycle, look forward to seeing the after pictures.Quote:

You can do it, if your 165, but thats if your like 5'8" or less and never work legs. No way can you have that little mass and put up 315 unless you meet those qualifications.
165... 315 would be impressive even on a smith press...
He could be doing it...
The first day i touched a weight i was 16 years old about the same weight as him, put up 225 6 times so that's about a 260 max.
I dont know though.

Im sayin at 16 at 165lbs, im havin a hard time believein you could put up 225 6 times. 16 and 220 lbs, maybe, but not at 165lbs...........
225 x 6 is light weight bro... anyone with decent strength genetics could put that up.
