And if you are wanting to just add some clean quality gains then I would do a prop/Eq cycle....Good stuff

nice improvment made some very good gains in that time..as for critique from what i can see is work on ur delts. got any shots from the front and leg pics.
seriously, what did you take? curious to know. well if your looking for a good cycle i suggest test e/eq cycle myself. great stuff great gains, mostly lean if behind the minor test water retention.

You had like no pecs at all before... Hope you didnt do dbol or test only cycle because your gains leave as fast as they came in post cycle with this stuff... not enough advanced training before steroid use so you wont be able to keep gains. Although you loose gains... your gains and muscle have anabolic muscle memory and quickly recover back to where you left off on next cycles, although when you do steroids too early with not enough natural training, you get back what you have now but you get stuck where you are now and wont gain more, so its probably best to get off the anabolics and go natural for a while.Quote:
