nothing like new juice or those other dudes. Here is mine. I started out at 280 ish fat as hell at 6ft 2. lost weight down to about 198, then a year later with some "new juice tat" type help up to 240 ha.

Oh yea and blome and I have a very simular build. I can get up to a chuncky 250 and look more like a 6ft 225 bc it is all my my legs. They grown on their own. Largest I got em up to was 30 inch Prolly not as big as blomes though I imagine
All is possible. Just be consistant and you can accomplish nearly anything, All my gains came when I learned how to eat.

Isopure Shake.
When Im trying to build mass I just swap out the chicken for red meat and Swap out the Isopure for a gainer shake. I also add brownrice to my last meal.
Also when Im trying to add size I cut out the cardio.
Do you work full time and incorporate that diet and training?
LIke cardio before work..then lunch time you hit the weights?
Yes I work, I go to the gym at the ass crack of dawn to do my cardio. Then I sneek over at lunch to weight train. Its pretty much 2 40 minute workouts. I prepare all my food in advance to make it easy.

i was 270lbs
got down to a shredded 167
then built up from there, at 216 as of this week, around %11 bf....

Im working with the weights I have at home, It's a little rinky dink set, until I get a new Gym Memember ship.
You have truely inspired me. Once I a get a solid routine of excersng down and know that I am 100% committed then I will start trying to figure out what to do to get my cycles started.
Hey, far as my age is concerned am I too old to do cycles? Im not plaining on doing it until I get my act completely together.
