Need Advise on using Lasix for Competition
I have a competition coming up in September and I need some advise on taking Lasix for my water reduction. I am 5'4 1/2, 123 lbs (right now, about 116 at competition time.) I am planning on taking lasix in the pill format for this competition. Need help on how many mg to take and how to prevent myself from going flat. Do I need to eat carbs right after I take it? I was going to take it the night before and that morning if needed. Cutting my water at 6pm on Friday night. Competition starts Saturday at 8:30am. I should be at about 5% bodyfat. HELP!!!

No other options? E.g. tarax + aldactone + diazide?
Not sure what your water depletion is like -- I've done a 5 day water depletion -- start on Monday -- drink your body weight in water (oz ) on Monday. Then drop that amount by 20% each day until Friday, stopping all water intake at 3 pm on Friday.hard work = hard bod

Thinking about trying dyazide. I just have access to the lasix so was going to use it. can you buy dyazide online??
I usually do a 5 day water depletion as well. But I have used taraxatone in the past....not strong enough. Want to go just a littled bit further with my cuts. Any sugg on use if I get the dyazide??
