I need to post a question about how to take a certain cycle. I am trying to get a little bodyfat off but not loose too much muscle. I ordered the clen/T3/keto from AAR. I am about 175 and 5'6". I have not had my bodyfat taken lately but I know its not too high. The photo was taken about a week ago.
My question is what is the best way to go about this cycle. I want the best results with the least amount of trouble (I know, I know, that's everyones question), but I am serious about my training and my body. So any info will be helpful guys.
