Newest "Juicy" Girl
Hey everyone! Glad to be here. I have been reading for months and I will be finally taking the next step. I have my cycle set up but I have a thousand questions. I will get to that later. Just happy to be here. I really need to ask a couple of the ladies some questions. Sorry guys, it's just girl talk.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I have gotten this far on blood sweat and creatine! My goal is size, cuts and sexiness! I have gotten as far as I think I can go without any help (hint, hint). Looking forward to all the info I can get. Thanks again.

You've obviously been lifting hard and paying a lot of attention to diet...how long have you been lifting? My guess is...5 or 6 years?

What I need ta do
I need to post a question about how to take a certain cycle. I am trying to get a little bodyfat off but not loose too much muscle. I ordered the clen /T3/keto from AAR. I am about 175 and 5'6". I have not had my bodyfat taken lately but I know its not too high. The photo was taken about a week ago.
My question is what is the best way to go about this cycle. I want the best results with the least amount of trouble (I know, I know, that's everyones question), but I am serious about my training and my body. So any info will be helpful guys.

i would ask juicegirl, but my opinion would be something along these lines
clen 40-40-40-60-60-60-80-80-80-100-100-100-120-120-120, obviously stop ramping if the sides get bad or your blood pressure gets close to 135/80-85
t3 25-25-25-25-25-50-50-50-50 continue at 50mcg per day
suppliment with glutamine, bcaas and a little extra protein in your diet to ward off catabolism, but check with juicegirl before starting to double check

Yes! That's me about 5 years ago. Where did that come from. I used to have a web site. I am thinking of starting again. I really enjoyed meeting people and running the web site. I think I look a little better now than I looked then. Thanks for showing me that though. You guys are really resourceful around here.

Hey BeBe! Do a search on t3 clen and you should get plenty of info. I know that I subcribed to it back in the day when my wife took it. I could look it up for you if you need, but I don't think you will have problems finding it.

Hey Guessgirl! So i'm a bit lost on the whole keto ratio. So Ronnie says the ratio for keto should be around 60-70P/ and 40-30F, however other forums such as the bodybuilding forums says that the ratio should be 60% Fats, 35 Protein, and 5% Carbs. Which do you prefer? I am 19% body fat, 5'2, and weigh 123 lbs. I want to get down to about 14% body fat. I am so lost right now at this point!
