    New to this site... help me, please. :)

    Hi!

    A bit about me.. 31 years old, back in school as a full time student so a bit less time, strength, energy in the gym than before. I've been smart training, smart eating for almost 7 years and am happy with the results earned to date. I've also competed in the bikini category and have done professional photo shoots..

    ..I decided I want to get jacked, as in put on more muscle cuz I want to look more built than I am now. If you look at me, I clearly do look like I work out cuz I'm pretty built for a bikini girl. I guess what I want to do is put on more muscle like a fitness model but still maintain a feminine look. Definitely do not want an androgynous look or grow a penis or anything. :P

    What are options..? Diet, training, supplements..? Keep in mind... school does dominate a fair bit of time but working out is a part of my day.

    Help me get jacked!

    There is much information to absorb on these forums.. I love starting a new program or setting a new goal to keep the motivation going and ultimately, keeping my passion alive. Will be referring to those forums and will ask questions when time comes.

    I do want to get jacked, tho. I'm happy my arms have gotten a big bigger but I want to look more like a fitness model.
