    Red face Greetings from SA

    Hi Forum world,

    I live in South Africa, have been training for about 2 1/2 years with a personal trainer.

    I think it's about time that I go at it alone otherwise how else will I learn, right?

    I realized that I know remarkably little about training and programs. I'll read as widely as I can but will obviously need (a lot of) advice.

    Look forward to learn from all your collective wisdom.
