I had been lurking for a while, taking advantage of Google's cache to avoid registration.
I finally gave up and made an account, so might as well introduce myself!
31 years old, 5'10", 210 (was a fat 233 in January 2013, got down to 195 in December 2013). I am involved in sports that require cardio and endurance far more than strength. Never taken steroids or hormones, but thinking about it. Not to get big, but to get stronger and leaner, so that I can perform better in my job.
