I want to bulk, but I don’t want to retain too much or excess water.
I’m not sure what the ideal products would be and what I should be taking with them. I read something about taking something to counteract the low sex drive that may occur or to balance it out.
Other than that I’d like to start a test cycle. My diet is fairly lean.
I do tons of cardio in the form of basketball. I lost 140lbs in a year in a half, with a combination of cardio and weight lifting, but want to definitely fill in much more. I understand to bulk I’d have to greatly reduce the amount of cardio I’m doing as I’m burning off too much calories.
I have a goodidea of why I need to eat and diet as I’ve gone through natural bulking diets before. But this is all new to me and don’t want to make a mistake.
