    PCT fustration

    so my source for steroids does not have anything to offer a PCT and i really want to start my first cycle. I guess im looking for some input on what i can supplement for a PCT, maybe something online that can ship to Canada or something over the counter that will help.

    I am doing a dbol /test e cycle

    nada.. try a research company.. but any real source should have pct meds as well..

    yeah id like to find a better source but i have no idea on how to go about it looking for someone.

    i hear that clomi is a good pct, if i use that what doses shoud i take and how often?

    You need more than Clomid for ANY PCT...

    Whats your cycle look like?

    Weeks? Dose? Test E
    Weeks? Dose? Dbol

    Lets see these as well...
    age
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    weeks 1-3 30mg dbol a day
    weeks 1-10 test 3 250mg x2 a week

    22 years old
    170lbs
    5 10 tall
    9% body fat
    i basically am eating something every hour from breakfast until 4:00pm then dinner and a shake a couple hours before bed. My diet is decent it could be better.

    i have no cycle experience but i have been researching for the last year, and working out serious for two years.
    im still a bit in the dark on the whole PCT and thats whats holding me back from starting, i know its very important.
    Id like to gain and keep 15lbs with a good cut

    im not interested in getting hardcore into steroids , maybe a cycle or two just to get me over the hump

    Hahaha... Everyone says they only wanna do a cycle or two...

    1) You are too small for a cycle IMO.
    2) Test E should be run 12-14 weeks.
    3) Your diet can be better? Show it to me.

    i was thinking of 12 weeks but kinda go week to week after the eighth to see how i am doing.
    To small you say, i figured im in the perfect range, if i had an extra 10-20lbs i dont think id want anymore meat on me, but lately i have not been able to put much on.

    Better diet as sometimes i eat junk that i know is not helping me out, and more protein is always a good idea

    Dude Test E can take up to 7 weeks to gain full effects. If you stop at week 10, youll have only got 3 weeks of training while getting said full effects.

    You are too small. Read this: If you're over 5'10" and under 170lbs read this...

    AAS is not a magic potion that makes you bigger. If you dont have a good diet your not going to keep any gains. Youre wasting time, money, and putting your health at risk for what? 10lbs? Come on man, be smart.

    Your goals can EASILY! Be met with a better diet and training.

    Show me a regular days diet summary/# meals per day.

    Include how much the food weighs and macros if you got em'.

    Use this kind of format:


    EXAMPLE:

    Meal 1
    8 egg whites
    80G's of Oatmeal

    Meal 2
    6 oz of Tuna
    4 oz of mixed veggies
    ETC...
