I am about to start my third cycle, the first two were mild. So this will be my first stack,
weeks 1-4 D-Bol 30mg ED
weeks 1-14 test-c 500mg per week

could i add winny at the end? if so any suggestions.
also what could i use with novadex besides clomid for a PCT? doses?

IMO i wouldn't advise this until you lose some more BF.
Nolva and clomid would be fine for PCT, standard 4 wks of each is good.
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/25
Winny at the end for the last 2/3/4/ wks of cycle and the run up till PCT would be fine, i'd use 50-100mg in oral form ED.
