PCT help (test prop + EQ cycle)

hey guys, just wondering if I could get some help really quick.

Im not ready for PCT just yet, but almost. Im running prop (12 weeks) + EQ (10 weeks). Going to start PCT 3 days after last prop shot (which would also be 2 weeks after last EQ shot).

Anyway, I didn't take any HCG or A-dex on PCT (not yet anyway, got a month left on cycle). Haven't noticed any nipple problems, just a little bloat though. The boys have shrunk a good deal as well, which leads me into my PCT question.

What am I looking at for a good PCT? I want to make sure everything comes back okay. I read alot of the PCT stickies here, and obviously there always different idealogies for everything. With my case, I used no AI (yet), so should I just go the ol' Nolva + Clomid Route? I was thinking about doing HCG + nolva, I really dont care for the symptoms that come with clomid, so if I could avoid clomid I will. Would I need an AI in their with my PCT in this case?

hell, I even have HCG on hand now, I can run it the last 2-3 weeks of the cycle as some people do, and lead into a nolva/clomid PCT, just want to get ideas for my specific situation.

edit: forgot my stats. 25 years old @ 5'11 and 225lbs, 2nd cycle (first was test only).

well nothing in stone, but my planned PCT was essentially what Pinnacle had outlined in his sticky. HCG + Nolva. I have HCG on hand, I just havent used it yet. Im thinking about using it to avoid the sides i got with clomid so I can skip clomid altogether. Just getting ideas though atm. If you have any thoughts, please share, appreciate any help. Thanks

I like to use nolva and clomid for pct, never had those bad clomid sides, you could try using liquid torem for pct.
