Pct help for 40 year old

Friend approached me in the gym..he had ran a 15 week cycle of test, tren , Anavar and did not off cycle. While on he noticed a slight change in his anxiety progressively getting worse. Did not run letro or Arimidex while on. When he came off he bottomed out and has had OCD like symptoms, anxiety, zero sex drive, and an over all gloom about himself which is a complete change. These symptoms have been going on for a year and he has been on medications for his anxiety and what not but just recently got blood work down and had a 200 test level. He is a huge dude and it's just awkward seeing him all down lol
Trying to get him back right
Any help on this?
- an Hcg , novaldex, (Arimidex or aromasin ) pct
-also thoughts about adding low dose of test to get him feeling better but not sure since we are trying to get his leydigs to fire up on their own

Yeah and still having problems. He had blood work before and was fine and after it was 200ish but he's had anxiety mild OCD and just generally feeling like less of a man in his words.
