Need PCT Help for a week cycle

Ok so I started doing a cycle of prohormones called domin-8 along with a anti- aromatase

Here are the compounds:
4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3-17b-diol 25mg
17b-hydroxy-2a,17b-dimethyl-5a-androstan3-one-azine 15mg

I also picked up an Anti-aromatase by the same company called Arima-X
4-hydroxyandrostenedione 75mg
1,4,6-androstatriene-3,17-dione (3,17-keto-etiochol-triene)

after the 6th day today, I started noticing signs on gyno onset so I want to come off it for a while, how should I go about my pct??

I've been taking 2 pills of each a day

Update, I've completely stopped taking the prohormone but i'm still taking the AI is there anything else I should add to my PCT? the soreness of my nipples have gone down dramatically but if i push on the lump I have under my nipples (Had them there since puberty) its minorly sore but only if i push.

any advice would help alot...
