Can i do this as a pct for an interrupted anavar cycle???

How are you guys, hope everything is cool. i am veeeery new at this and i just stopped a anavar cycle (i know i read that lots of comments saying not to go solo on that one) i took just 20mg for aprox 2 weeks, the first days i felt fine but them i start feeling jumpy some fast heartbeats and short breath..i have a background on anxiety so i figure var trigger it , dont get me wrong var felt good very tight on muscles and got a little of extra strength ,,dont know if this is normal....my goal was getting lean muscle while cutting a little fat, i am 6'1 and weight 195lbs......i stop taking it because i started to freak out and getting very weak on my normal day routine, didnt like the feeling.... now i read that regardless the time anavar WILL SHUT YOU DOWN so i need a pct and i order liquid tamox 20mg 50ml but since i interrupt the ANAVAR cycle and the dose was so weak i want to know how much i have to take just to be aware and sure of any future surprises.
i am planning to do a pct with 4 products i have

PES ERASE
PES ALPHA T2
LIQUID TAMOX
SAW PLAMETTO

the only thing a friend told me is that i can do 2 weeks of pct since was a week cyle and incomplete but dont know the dosage
(I ADD THE ALPHA T2 SO I CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PCT PROCESS TO BURN SOME FAT IN THE WAY...THIS IS OFF COURSE IF YOU THINK IS SAFE) BASICALLY A PCT/MILD FAT BURNING STACK

I wouldn't run anything after only two weeks of anavar .

I'm new here as well......I've learned no cycle should be done without test. I'm taking anavar as well along with dura test

fat loss is determined by nutrition. I suggest you check out the nutrition forum and post up your meal plan
