    nolva dosing, among other questions

So I'm at week 9 of a 500mg a week test cycle, with 40mg anavar daily added in last week until I finish at 12 weeks. I've never actually done a pct before, as my other cycles were when I was younger and dumb. I'm 30 now. I already got nolva, but how much should I be taking once I start? Also, I didn't take hcg , should I add in now or is it too late? Is there anything else I should consider taking? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Add your HCG now, 250ius twice a week until 3 days before PCT.

Nolva should be run at 40/20/20/20 and get some clomid to run alongside the Nolva at 75/50/50/50.

    Are you taking an AI?

You should go to ar-r the site sponsor in the upper right hand corner of your browser and order the compounds you need to cycle safely (AI and clomid). Unless you have blood work to prove otherwise you need an AI (arimidex or exemestane) to help control estrogen. Having high estrogen is probably the most unhealthy thing that can happen on cycle. If you want the best odds at regaining pre cycle HPTA function then you need both nolva and clomid.

This might be a stupid question, but Clomid and nolva are relatively easy to find online. Is hcg as easy to find? The only thing I'm coming across is gnrh, which I know isn't the same, and honestly kind of scares me. Also, yes, I know I should of done more research before jumping into this.

GNRH stimulates the pituitary to secrete gonadotropins. I'm sure one can use this in lieu of hcg , but to be honest I have no idea of what dosage one would need. Hcg should not be that difficult to find if you look hard enough. When you get your post count high enough send me a PM.
