I ordered liquid stane and did my first pin today so need to start at 12.5 eod.
Problem is I never had an oral syringe on my order so am using a regular plastic one.

What's the best way to draw from the bottle?
Tilt the bottle and draw from the syringe?
Pour some out then draw and put left over back or use a 18g needle on syringe and draw, then push out onto spoon and swallow?

There has to be a simple way I haven't realised..
