Stupid question I'm sure... How do I draw from bottle?!

I ordered liquid stane and did my first pin today so need to start at 12.5 eod.
Problem is I never had an oral syringe on my order so am using a regular plastic one.

What's the best way to draw from the bottle?
Tilt the bottle and draw from the syringe?
Pour some out then draw and put left over back or use a 18g needle on syringe and draw, then push out onto spoon and swallow?

There has to be a simple way I haven't realised..

The only stupid questions are the ones we never ask

Get an oral syringe (1 CC) from your local pharmacy (I always order the 10pack when I get liquid chems). Be sure to shake the bottle well before every use, it is suspension, not solution. So don't be alarmed if you see discoloration or "separation" within the liquid.

Insert the oral syringe and draw the desired amount by observing the markings on the side of the syringe. If you pull too much, just push the plunger back in to remove excess until your mark is reached.

Empty the contents directly from the syringe into your mouth. Chase with a drink if taste is undesirable. Rinse your syringe by drawing water into it and set aside to dry for future use.

Done.

I didn't quite realise what difference an oral syringe was compared to a normal one!
