There was a small mix up with an order i made earlier in the year, although i admit i was a bit angry at first, the Ar-r store was happy to apologise for the inconvenience, and allowed me to keep the products with a full refund onto my credit card.
I am totally amazed at the quality of the customer service, from a company on the other side of the world, who couldn't be more helpfull to make sure i was happy.
yesturday i was organising an order for another 4 or 5 research chems from another site, but after today, i've decided to cancell my order and im happy to keep my business with lion. I know from the feedback on here that lions products are genuine, and thats whats most important to me.
