I have a ?
On their site, they have ALOT of fat burning options. Now I have alittle left around my waist, well actually my belly button, and to me love handles. Probably 2lbs. What can I take that they offer as a good strong fat burner to help me with that. MY diet is totally in check, and I do gym 5 days a week, ontop of M.M.A, 6 days a week, so its not that I dont push myself. Please give a recommendation, as they offer pages and pages with no real descriptions of what they do.

Or, are they any "combonations" that I see they have combos for a bunch of stuff.

You are looking for an easy way and there isnt one sorry for the bad news, your diets not in check and you arent doing enough cardio.

Ok, both are. Thanks for your input, it really helped out.
Diet:
Breakfast:
6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal plain
Protien shake
Snack:
Protien bar or shake, or handful of unslated almonds
Lunch:
2 chicken breast plain, boiled. steamed green veggies, plain. Brown rice, or plain sweet potato
Snack:
Protien shake
Dinner:
grilled or broiled salmon, or broiled beef. Cooked plain. Steamed veggies.
If need Snack,
Protien.
All my dishes are eaten with no sauces, cooked in no sauces.
Cardio: run 1 miles 3x a week, in my M.M.A class everynite, atleast 100 jumping jack, 100 push ups, 100 crunches, and non stop ground and pound mui tai, pad work.
So, enough with I dont do this or that. Genes in my family are strong, and in my case its around my waist. Little, like I said 2lbs.

I say more cardio, I do 10kms a day 5 times a week plus 2 hours of hockey per week.

Ok, so you feel that ontop of the running, and the intesity of the MMA, which I did hockey, this I look as though I jumped in the pool, would do the trick? I am taking alittle test prop now. 50mg ED, to help me shred. On my 3rd week. Should I up it to 75mg?
