    Order problems

    Ok I tried to place an order. Again. I've ordered from You guys many times in the past with no problems. I'm getting the same message that others have gotten. AVS address doesn't match etc. there's absolutely nothing wrong on my end. I've been ordering from other companies (With crappy products) because I had no choice. Lion fix this issue.     Look I'm not bashing you guys. I love u guys. My gerbils love the quality and flavor of your products. All my past orders were shipped fast and always exactly what i ordered. Please fix this problem. I'm trying to give u my money u just won't take it.

    Yeah it can be frustrating. I understand both sides, as I've also used a 3rd party billing processor. Pretty much rendered me useless because I was not in control. I had to deal with lots of customers that were frustrated and all I could do is apologize and recommend them using a different card. Sometimes that worked, sometimes not. In a few cases the customers would resolve the issue with their bank. Banks can apply very odd (and random!) restrictions that can be cumbersome for the user.

    Hopefully this gets resolved.

    I'm having the same issue currently, nothing wrong on my end with the card or address. Let me give you my money!

    I think I saw before in a thread they sad it has to do with the processing company not being able to verify the address??? I pretty sure that was it.

    I had the same avs trouble and it was because the billing address on file with my cc company was slightly different that what I entered on their site.

    I called my cc company and had them update my billing details, tried again and it went through.

    Also could be daily limits are exceeded on cards at times.

    Nope

    Nope it's the system that AR uses. I've triple checked everything on my end. My same card works with at least a dozen other companies online. This same card used to work with AR. They changed their system. It's costing them money. I've already had to order three or four times from other research chem places because Ar won't take my order. Please fix this.

    yeah it does suck. I agree. Sorry you're having issues. But I don't think the problem is in their hands. With 3rd party billing processors, business owners hands are pretty much tied. Unless they want to become a merchant themselves, which is incredibly expensive and I don't know many business owners who can afford that.

    Hope there's a solution soon.

    Recommendations

    Well I can't wait any longer. I'm out of goodies. Is there any other research chem places that have quality products? The place I've been getting stuff from has horrible tasting stuff according to my gerbils. Not to mention names but the claim to be a solution to impurity

    I don't deal with any others. We can't really discuss other chem sites so it wouldn't matter anyway.

    The issue is that for some reason, whether it be an address mismatch or even one letter off on the name (ie: many have middle initial on card but do not place in billing info), the processing company cannot get approval to bill your card. Many have resolved this issue with a call to the credit card company or to the bank in the case of a debit card being used as a credit card. Sadly if this does not solve your issue there is nothing we can do about it. Our hands are tied. We certainly do our best to accommodate all our customers and perspective customers, however this is beyond our control. It is appreciated that you have such a strong desire to purchase and use our products in your research, I would encourage you to try the aforementioned suggestions that have worked for others. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope that resolves your issue. Good luck in your research.

    Thanks Ar I wondered about the spelling etc. I called my bank. It looks like some banks don't use the system. I will eventually switch banks. In the meantime in stuck with crappy products. Ugh!
