    Split help SORRY last post

Ok after thinking and planning another post sorry last one , what looks like a good split .. ive done them all , got great results but ill be honest high volume PPL gave me the most

Currently cruising between a bulk and a cut but lets say over all for hypo

    Chest/Tri
    Back/Bi
    Shoulders
    Legs
    Rest
    Repeat

    OR

    Chest/Bi
    Legs/Shoulders
    Back/Tri
(Now I can swap the arms around and make it chest tri back bi but the spacing was to allow for recover and stronger lifts on the arms)
    Rest
    Repeat

    Or

    Push
    Pull
    Leg

im down to these three splits
    Rest
    Repeat

Option 1 but move legs up the ladder so your not doing 3 upper body workouts in a row.

My routine as of now is.

    Chest/calves
    Back/traps
    Quads/hams
    Delts/calves
    Bis/tris/forearms
    Rest
    Repeat

    So
    Chest tri
    Back bi
    Legs
    Shoulder

    I like the idea of
    Chest tri
    Back bi
    Legs shoulders

But dunno if I could hammer shoulders out after legs
And a push pull leg if he dead by the time I get to shoulder or arms
