    Forearms

Any tips for taking your forearms to the next level? I've struggled with adding mass to mine as they're naturally thin, so for my next cycle I'm looking to step things up and train them so I can gain as much growth.

    My current regime:

    3 sets

Wrist rollers 20 reps x 2 (second set in reverse)
    Dumbbell twists 20 reps
Reverse barbell curls x 20 reps
    Wrist curls x 20 reps

    Any advice appreciated.

Farmers walks are great for forearms and grip strength. I like to do them at the end of a workout when my arms are already dead. Reverse curls and really focus on the negative. Slow and steady all the way thru. Pull ups are great as well when working your back again slow controlled down.

Before my surgery I was really trying to increase my grip strength and a lot of those exercises also help with forearms. After 3 plates I am forced to use straps for deadlifts and that isn't good enough for me
