i dont know really , cause i put on heaps of weight if i dont do my running everyday but when i do run i cant put some weight on me , the only thing i do with my delts involve compound exercises , eg push-ups which involve so much muscle fibres , and also dumb-bell presses , i prefer doin free-weights than machines
You sound pretty new to it and you should just stick the basic compound movements in a traditional pyramid routine, for now. Don't worry too much about machines but focus primarily on military presses, side/rear laterals, upright rows...Originally Posted by ronin_ts
