I do, i try my best to bulk cleanly, with as little fat as possible.
so do you eat a lot of carbs/fat or just a ton of protein?
I eat a ton of protein, but i always make sure i get some fat or carbs in with my protein so the protein doesn't get burned for fuel.
gotcha , i am on my way to buy flaxseed oil to mix with my protein, for higher fat content.
Flax also causes your protein to be digested slower, so its good to take it with a shake, preferely micellar casein, shake before bed.
they said it has a lot of calories which is good for weight gain. but i just checked and there are only 130 calories per serving
Well what do you expect, thats per tablespoon, its not gonna have a 1000 cals per tablespoon.

Edit: Disclaimer: If you don't build up to 7 Tblspn dose over a week or two you may have digestion problems going into that dose right off the bat...Barlean's reminds you to drink flax seed oil responsibly...

I think 2 spoons of flax with micellar casein protein before bed is better.
Compromise: 7 tblspns + Micellar Casein...deal?![]()
