Hey bros, is it better to got 3 days split, 1 day off, then the SAME exerceise on another 3 day split? So the bodyparts would be worked 2x a week. Or better to go 1x week per boddy part with MORE exercises per workout?

Everybody responds differently bro. And remember recovery time is always affected by factors such as rest, diet, "ergogenic aids", etc.
