Ok well , im almost done with my first cycle , gained 30lbs , and i just wanna post what ive been eating.
I did this around wk 4 and got flammed , rightly so , and so this is what ive been doing since:
M1: 6egg whites , 2 yokes
M2:12 egg whites 2 yokes ,1 1/2 cup of nuts
M3:128g protien 912 calorie Shake , 1 can tuna , and taco or meatball sub
M4: (after workout) 32g protien 228 calorie shake
M5: 2 bonless chicken breasts , veggy , potatoe
M6: 54gProtien shake , 228Calorie
works out to be around 3500 cal , 350g protien day
I realize diet is the most important thing now , and im hoping ive been doing enough.I want to do another cycle...probally not for at least 6 months...but id like to get my diet for it perfected.
Should i be eating steak instead of chicken to bulk?
Also...when off cycle , what do you guys eat?Would i be waisting time pumping in all the protien and calories , or should i eat like this always?
