Hey bros I want to buy a Treadmill its only 600 brand new Iam not sure who makes it.
but it only has a 2.5 HP motor on it and I was wondering is that enough. I have seen
3 HP Tredmills for well over a grand

2.5 hp sould be plenty. How much do you weigh?? You going to run or walk on it?

Should be okay but would suspect it is not grounded & balanced therfore shaky. Depends if you weigh 250lbs or 150lbs.

Iam about 197 I am thinking it should be ok the price is not bad at all.

Horsepower is barely part of the equation when choosing a treadmill. What is the brand? Warranty? Maitenance? Cushioning and support? Etc. These should all be taken into account. BTW, 2.5HP as long as it is a continuous HP rating, is fine for running and walking.
