a friend of mine does INCLINE DB press with 55 pound DB in his last set, but he does INCLINE BENCH on the smith with 200 pounds.
i
i do INCLINE DB press with 90 pound dumbbels and i do my barbell incline bench with 190 pounds so these two are almost similar.
i train at home so i don't have a smith rack and can't test it.
now my question is:
is there a difference in weight you can bench on the smith and/or the bench???
can you guys tell me how mutch you bench on smith and how mutch with barbell?
