Hi, I'm new here, but I've been browsing around for a while, and I noticed some ppl prefer the straight bar for barbell curls rather than the EZ bar, is there a huge difference in using the two?

it works the muscle a little different
there nothing wrong w/ do
4 sets of ez-bar curls inner grip
4 sets of ez-bar curls outter grip
4 sets of straight bar
4 sets of dumbell curls standing or seated
if my wrists or fore arms start to hurt from the straight bar ill use the ez-bar
Devil's right....but mostly is comes down to what you're comfortable with. Personal preference I guess.....![]()
