i need to know how often you all work out a certain muscles group a week, do u do it 1 2 or 3 times a week? im asking this becuase it seems like you all dont even work out a muscle group more than once or twice a week. i usually go by if it feels sore the nxt day, and if it doesnt then ill work it out 2 days later, am idoing this wrong?? need advice please
