How you doin guys. Ok here is my question I've been doing this routine for some time now and I really want to change it up a bit.
My current Routine is:
Mon-Chest/Tri
Tue-Legs/Calves
Wed-Rest
Thu-Back/Bi
Fri-Shoulders
Sat & Sun Rest
Abs Every other day
I'm thinking about doing a 5 day split Monday-Friday. What do you guys think about that? I'm also confused on how to arrange the 5 day split. Can you guys help me with the lay out?
