Have you ever tried doing smith lunges pushing off the trailing leg?
I saw these hot-assed Mexican chicas doing it.
Any way, asked them to show me how to do it. They were pushing off the ball of the foot, squeezing the glute of the trailing leg.
They had NICE pooters. But I don't know if that was genetic or if it was from work.
It did get me a nice, sore arse. But it was lower in the glute then the regular smith lunges where I push off the heel of the front leg. That one feels higher in the glute.
