    1hr plus in Gym

Does anyone spend more than an hour in the gym. I don't mean an hour lifting including warmup, cooldown stretching, core movements etc.

Mine seem to be close to take a lil over an hour including the rest.

I like to press my face against the glass to the boxfit room for 1/2 and hour or so... I usually get escorted around this time.

    You must do zero cardio/stretching.

i never mix cardio and weights...cardio would be first thing in morning if i do it....and then lift later in the day....and as for stretching....i spend less then 5 mins...use to lift for 2hours+ a day in the gym when i first got my membership, but learned since then...more isnt neccessarily better especially with lifting...

1 hr plus in the gym

The gym I go to is always so crowded. I send over two hours including cardio, but most of the time I am waiting for a bench or machine. I go there 'cause it is so close to my house. But the place is such a scene. Its in Hollywood.

Some of my prevoius powerlifting workouts take quite some time. Considering I wouldn't lift alone and the time it takes to change bands and chains around. Plus a decent amount of time between sets....

I usually spend about an hour and a half, if I'm not there at least an hour I don't feel like I have accomplished much.

I work second shift, so I lift around 11 am, it's great because my gym is very small but at that time of day it's empty and I am out in 1 hour, never have to wait for any equipment. On one of my days off I went around 5 pm, took me over 2 hours the place was so crowded, never again for me.
