for lagging arms should you train them with corresponding bigger groups, like chest with tris, back with bis, or have a specific arm day?

your hitting biceps with back (on certain exercises)
imo, training them 2x week is over training
i mix mine up every week, either with tris or back

but remeber that gains arise from training, DIET & recovery)

I had a problem with my arms for awhile, my back and chest was a lot thicker and I was starting to look really mis-porpotioned, so I started training them on back days, (mon for me) and then again on arm days (thur) this has helped me a lot in that area, so you could try it for a couple months and see what you think, after getting my results I know I will never go back to once a week on bi's.
I do and I love it. My arms are growing like crazy. If you are going to make sure that you hit them with heavy weights to finish them off.Originally Posted by HOLLYWOOD
