    I Have A Big Ass...help

    K heres my question, and im sorry about al the new threads as of late but I have a lot of questions....Ive been working out pretty consistenly for the past 2 years, however legs and cardio have always taken a backseat.. i only started doing both about 5 weeks ago. I have a big ass (im puerto rican). I mean its not huge but its big and I want to make it smaller, what should i do? Im afraid to do squats so when i do do them, i go for like 12-15 reps, and i found something in a girl magazine (shutup) and i been doing these things where i lie on my front and try to lift my hips off the ground, and also that thing where u lie on ur back, knees bent in front of you, and you pussh off the ground (or a box) and try and contract ur glutes. Any advice on how to shed my ass?? thanks!

    It may just be genetics bro. If it's fat, it'll come off. If it's a J-Lo thing u got goin' on, well, homeboy got back!

    i have giant child bearing hips which gives me a HUGE ass regardless of BF% so i hear ya if its your genetics...

    Genetics here at work. If there is alot of fat then you just need to diet down, running/jogging targets all hitting the buttocks good. Stairmaster lunges to tone. Females store fat more in the buttocks then males do so if it is excessive get a blood work for estrogen levels just a thought. Other than that you can wear a tight girdle...or lipo...

    i tried girdles they dont do much for size.. more or less just Reshape it .. to make it "More Supple"

    btw because i have been guilty of neglecting my legs, it is def some fat but its also some genetics

    If you work your legs heavy your ass is only going to get bigger. I'd suggest 12-15 rep squats and a cutting diet, along with cardio 3-5 times a week. Should get rid of that badonkadonk.

    lol, i have a huge ass too, fat does come off and gets smaller, but it is the biggest muscle on your body (well suppose to be)...

    at 7% it get a lil smaller, but looks much better...

    I have a big arse, it gets bigger the more i train legs. Get used to it as it comes with the terrirory.

    I hate having a big asss, pants are hard to find with a big asss and legs. peopple are even starting to notice. but im pretty much used to it. try dieting down and cardio it should help alot.
