I am 5'9" and 190lbs. Right now my main goal is to get cut up.
I have been doing the same workout since Feb. and have not noticed any real big change. So I am looking for a new workout(full body). I workout 5 days a week and do cardio 3-4 days a week(just started the cardio). If anybody can help me out on a new workout it would be great, or just some pointers would help.
